If you are wishing to make a Subject Access Request (SAR) in accordance with your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) please complete the form below:

The GDPR requires that we respond to SAR’s within 1 month of its receipt.

Before responding to your request we may contact you to verify your identity or to clarify the details of your request.

We would not normally charge you a fee for dealing with a SAR except in the following circumstances:

We may charge a reasonable fee for the provision of information to dissuade unreasonable requests, where there are repetitive requests, requests that are manifestly unfounded or for further copies.
